Blue Tilapia grilled Aqua Peru

– 4 fillets of Tilapia blue Aqua Peru
– 1/4 cup chopped parsley
– 1/4 cup lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then place the tilapia fillets, add the lemon juice and cover.
– Let simmer for about 5 minutes or until ready Once you are ready, season with salt, pepper and parsley.
